Returns Policy

•  Any parts purchased from this site are required to be installed via a professional shop to help keep from voiding any potential issues that may arrise from being installed by someone who is not certified/trained!
  If you are not a trained/certified shop or your device isn't taken to a trained/certified shop after your part is received to have it installed, we will be unable to accept returns!
   
• You have 30 days after your order date to obtain an RMA Number for a product.
  We won't be able to process your return without a valid RMA Number.
   
• On an undamaged return, you will have to pay the return shipping.
  We also can't refund your order's initial/outbound shipping cost, upon receiving the return and inspection we will process store credit for the item minus the initial shipping costs.
   
• We must receive your return within 30 days of you receiving your RMA Number.
  If not, you will be charged the cost of any replacement items sent, the RMA will be closed, and we won't be able to process your store credit (or in some cases refund).
   
• If you are a general customer, PayPal customer, or checked out as a guest, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee on a return (max $25).
